4 medium, ripe bananas 1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 1/2 cup honey

These banana chocolate chip muf ns are moist, flavorful and not too sweet. I usually double the recipe and freeze the extra dozen. They make for a great everyday BREAKFAST OR SNACK.

• Preheat oven to 350°F

• In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add the egg, oil and honey. Stir to combine. Using a spatula, fold in the remaining ingredients until combined
